Please Be Aware

We’re reminding members to stay alert following reports of scam texts and phone calls claiming to be from Credit Unions.

Please be cautious of:

• Unexpected texts offering grants, refunds, or energy credits

• Messages with links asking for PINs or online banking details

• Phone calls requesting one-time passwords (OTPs)

• Messages creating urgency or warning of “suspicious activity”

PLEASE REMEMBER:

• We will never ask for your full PIN or online banking details

• Never share OTPs or verification codes

• Don’t click on links in unexpected messages

If you receive a suspicious message or call, do not engage and contact your Credit Union directly.
